1. General
These Terms comply with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
2. Products & Services
We sell computer components and provide laptop/computer repair services.
All prices include 15% VAT, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct errors in descriptions, pricing, or availability.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Payments are processed in compliance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).
By placing an order, you warrant that all information supplied is true and correct.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries are available within South Africa.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
In line with the CPA and ECTA, customers have a 7-day cooling-off period for online purchases.
Products may be returned within 3 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Defective or damaged goods must be reported within 10 business days of receipt.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
Service fees for repairs are non-refundable once completed.
6. Repairs & Warranty
Repairs are carried out with reasonable care and skill as required by the CPA.
Customers are responsible for backing up all data before repairs. We accept no liability for data loss.
Warranties on new parts are as per manufacturer’s policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service in question.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Disputes may first be referred to our customer service.
If unresolved, you may approach the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO).
